Terms of Service

Rather than describing what I will draw, here's what I will NOT draw:- NSFW or Porn / Excessive Gore / Hate or Revenge Art
- Heavily detailed machinery / Vehicles
- Detailed Architecture/Buildings~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Timeline and Scope of Work
- I will always submit a sketch for approval before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.
- Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the piece will not be accepted.
- Updates will automatically be provided at various stages of the commission unless told otherwise.
- I will aim to complete the commissioned piece within one (1) month from submitting the first initial sketch. (This may not always be possible, in which case the client shall be informed and updated with a new predicted completion date.)Payment- I require payment upfront in full.
- Partial payments (50%/50% only) may be accepted for larger commissions and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss with me if you'd like to do this!
- Refunds can be requested.
If the artwork has not been started, a full refund will be given (minus paypal charges).
If work has already begun I will only issue refunds for the work not already completed; once a piece has reached the halfway point however (differing dependant on the type of commission), I will not give any amount of refund regardless of remaining work.Communication- Correspondence throughout the exchange will be carried out on the preferred Email / Social Media / IM service, as arranged between artist and client.
- Communication must be kept focused on the commission and related topics only.
- Frequently messaging me or demanding responses and/or updates will result in a warning. If this warning is ignored, this will be considered a breach of contract and further collaboration will be discontinued. No refund will be given regardless of the stage the commission is at.
- Harassment and abuse will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the contract, with further communication permanently discontinued. No refund will be given regardless of the stage the commission is at.
- If I do not receive any correspondence from the client for One Month after my most recent attempt at communication, I will consider the commission terminated. No refund will be given regardless of the stage the commission is at.Revisions- Only three (3) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.
- Succeeding revisions will not be entertained.
- Revisions requested after the finished commission piece will not be entertained (unless I have missed something crucial etc.)Copyright and ReproductionThe artist reserves the right to:
- Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the artist’s discretion. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.The commissioner and other third parties may not:
- Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
- Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. with intent of financial profit (for personal use is acceptable)
- Modify, edit and/or repurpose the commissioned piece.
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
- Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist.
- Use the artwork for earning any cryptocurrency/NFT schemes.
- Use the artwork in AI generation software.Miscellaneous
- I offer either my own personal style, or a more realistic version of that. Please familiarise yourself with my work and only commission me if you wish to see your idea in those styles. I will not adapt my style for you.
- Commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE only.
- I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason, which may not necessarily be disclosed.
- I reserve the right to cancel at any time - if this happens, you will receive a full refund.
- AI processing of private commissions is prohibited regardless of type or stage at which it is finished, including if the commission is cancelled prior to completion.
- Complaining about me creating personal art, either via. DMs or Posting, within the time frame window I still have to complete your work will result in immediate termination of the contract. No refund will be given regardless of the stage the commission is at. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions.
